Prayer for Godly Character

Father, form Your character in me. Strip away anything in me that does not reflect You. Purify my motives. Purify my thoughts. Purify my intentions. Let integrity be my foundation and righteousness be my standard. Shape my inner life until it aligns with Your word.

Your word says, “A tree is known by its fruit” (Matthew 12:33). Let my fruit be undeniable. Let my life testify of Your work in me. Build patience, humility, self‑control, and consistency in me. Remove every hidden attitude, silent offense, and internal posture that dishonors You.

I decree that I walk in integrity. I decree that I walk in truth. I decree that my character aligns with the identity You gave me. No compromise. No duplicity. No double life. Form Christ in me until He is seen through me. In Jesus’ name, amen.
